Her work is focused on the development and application of the Composition Work in coaching and training.
Working with the Composition Method she brings together the power of abstract art and the transformative potential of emotions with scientific developments (Dialogical Self, Hermans & Hermans-Konopka, 2010) and the philosophical view on the landscape of mind, as it appears in the tradition of Japanese rock gardens. The Composition Work has been developed by Agnieszka Hermans Konopka and Hubert Hermans in cooperation with colleagues from variety of countries.
